有效地协调乡村关系是提高村民自治运行质量的前提,是促进农村地区社会经济发展的保证。但是,在中国广大的农村地区,乡村关系不协调的现象依旧存在,笔者将现在的乡村关系列为放任型的乡村关系和行政化的乡村关系两种,着重分析了产生这两种类型乡村关系的原因,并就解决其中存在的问题提出了自己的建议。
Effective coordination of rural relations is a prerequisite to improve the quality of self-government operation of villagers and a guarantee to promote social and economic development in rural areas. However, in the vast rural areas of China, there are still some uncoordinated rural relations. The author classifies the present rural relations as both laissez-faire and administrative-oriented rural relations, and analyzes the relations between these two types of rural relations The reason and put forward my own suggestion on solving the existing problems.
