目的分析应用中医临床护理路径在小儿肺炎咳嗽中的临床效果。方法资料选取2016年8月至2017年2月前来我院儿科就诊的124例患者的住院病历,对其病历进行详细回顾与分析,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各为62例,给予对照组患者常规护理,而观察组常规护理联合中医护理,分别观察两组患者临床治疗效果。结果将对比两组患者住院时间和住院费用发现观察组明显优于对照组,且差距显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。且治疗组患者临床护理满意度明显优于对照组,差距显著具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于小儿肺炎咳喘采用中医治疗护理路径可有效提高患者临床护理满意度,并缩短患者住院时间和住院费用,提升患者康复速度,值得临床大力推广。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of applying TCM clinical nursing pathways in pediatric pneumonia and cough. METHODS: Inpatient records of 124 patients who came to our pediatric department from August 2016 to February 2017 were selected and their medical records were reviewed and analyzed in detail. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group Sixty-two patients were given routine care in the control group, while the traditional Chinese medicine nursing group in the observation group was used to observe the clinical effect of the two groups. The results will be compared with the two groups of hospital stay and hospitalization costs were significantly better than the observation group observation group, and the difference was significant, with statistical significance (P <0.05). The clinical nursing satisfaction of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions The use of TCM treatment and care pathways for pediatric pneumonia and cough can effectively improve patient satisfaction with clinical nursing, shorten the hospitalization time and hospitalization costs, and improve the recovery rate of patients. It is worthy of clinical promotion.
