以薄皮甜瓜“齐甜一号”品种为试材,采用盆栽试验法,研究了叶面喷施不同浓度海藻糖对NaCl胁迫下薄皮甜瓜幼苗抗氧化系统的影响,为进一步探究海藻糖对NaCl胁迫下薄皮甜瓜耐盐性的影响提供参考。结果表明:0.4%NaCl胁迫下,当海藻糖浓度为0.4%时,显著降低了薄皮甜瓜O·2产生速率、质膜相对透性及MDA含量;显著增加了薄皮甜瓜SOD活性和POD活性;说明0.4%浓度海藻糖可有效提高薄皮甜瓜抗氧化系统的能力,有效缓解盐胁迫对甜瓜的伤害。
The effects of trehalose on the antioxidant system of muskmelon seedlings under salt stress were studied by pot experiment. The effects of trehalose on the antioxidant system of muskmelon seedlings under NaCl stress were studied. The effects of NaCl stress on the salt tolerance of muskmelon were studied. The results showed that under the condition of 0.4% NaCl stress, the production rate of O · 2, the relative permeability of plasma membrane and the content of MDA were significantly decreased when the trehalose concentration was 0.4%, and the SOD activity and POD activity of Muskmelon were significantly increased 0.4% concentration of trehalose can effectively improve the anti-oxidant system of thin-skinned muskmelon and effectively alleviate the damage of salt stress to melon.
