目的了解石河子大学学生膳食营养知识、态度及行为状况,为进一步开展营养教育和健康促进提供依据。方法多阶段随机抽取石河子大学13个学院名学生进行膳食营养知识、态度及行为问卷调查。结果石河子大学学生营养知识平均得分为(3.28±1.82)分。其中女生(3.70±1.75)高于男生的(2.96±1.81)分;汉族学生(3.17±1.79)高于少数民族学生的(2.62±1.70)分;学过营养相关课程学生(3.76±1.92)高于未学过学生的(2.99±1.70)分,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。电视、网络是大学生获取营养相关信息和知识的主要途径。对营养问题感兴趣的学生占76.2%(1 445/1 896),没有兴趣的仅占4.6%(88/1 896)。对于吃早餐的行为,坚持天天吃早餐的占58.4%(1 108/1 896)。结论大学生营养知识得分整体不高,不同性别、民族及是否学过营养学课程是大学生营养知识得分的主要影响因素。
Objective To understand the knowledge, attitude and behavior of students in Shihezi University for nutrition education and health promotion. Methods A total of 13 college students from Shihezi University were randomly selected for questionnaire survey on knowledge, attitude and behavior of dietary nutrition. Results Shihezi University students nutritional knowledge average score (3.28 ± 1.82) points. (3.70 ± 1.75) was higher than that of boys (2.96 ± 1.81); Han students (3.17 ± 1.79) were higher than that of minority students (2.62 ± 1.70); students of nutrition-related courses (3.76 ± 1.92) were higher The difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) in the non-student (2.99 ± 1.70) points. Television and internet are the main ways for college students to get nutrition-related information and knowledge. 76.2% (1 445/1 896) were interested in nutritional issues and only 4.6% were interested (88/1 896). For breakfast, 58.4% (1 108/1 896) of people insist on having their breakfast daily. Conclusions The nutrition scores of undergraduates are not high, and the main influencing factors of undergraduates’ nutritional knowledge scores are different gender, ethnicity and nutrition course.
