中枢神经系统白血病(简称 CNL)是白血病具有蔽护所之称的髓外病灶,由于多种化疗药物不易透过血脑屏障,而使白血病易于复发,引起血液工作者的关注。为加强对 CNL认识,笔者在既往总结病例的基础上进一步观察,以探讨其诊断及预后因素,现分析、报道如下:资料来源一、病例:1972年12月至1990年12月收住我院各种类型的成人白血病合并 CNL 者。CNL 诊断按我国血液病诊断标准或尸解资料证实。
