阻断犬冠脉左前降支90min后再灌注60min,发现较持续缺血150min其缺血区细胞内Ca~(2+)、Na~+增加,K~+、Mg~(2+)显著降低。室性心律失常发生率高。而在心肌缺血45min时经静脉给予穿心莲提取液,较对照组缺血区细胞内Ca~(2+)降低(P<0.05),Na~+明显降低、K~+显著升高(P<0.01),Mg~(2+)增加(P<0.05)。室性心律失常发生率及严重程度较低。说明穿心莲提取液可以阻止心肌缺血─再灌注过程中细胞内Na~+、Ca~(2+)增加,K+、Mg~(2+)丢失。这可能是其减少再灌注性心律失常的重要机制之一。

This may be one of the important mechanisms for reducing reperfusion arrhythmia.
