目的 ]查明闽西地区恙虫病自然疫源地分布及宿主动物种群、虫媒种类、宿主动物和健康人群恙虫病立克次体感染情况。 [方法 ]诱捕野栖、家栖鼠类 ,分类鉴定 ;收集宿主动物体表寄生恙螨分类鉴定 ;采集宿主动物、健康人群血清监测恙虫病抗体 ;采集宿主动物脾脏检测恙虫病立克次体。 [结果 ]我区鼠类有 3科 7属 18种 ,以黄毛鼠、针毛鼠、褐家鼠为优势种群 ,恙螨有 2科 9属 2 0种 ,以中华无前恙螨、地理纤恙螨、似太平洋无前恙螨为优势种群 ,对恙虫病人群抗体水平低 ,普遍易感。 [结论 ]本地区具备恙虫病疫源地条件的区域较为广泛
Objective] To identify the distribution of natural foci of tsutsugamushi disease in Minxi region and the infection status of Rickettsia tsutsugamushi in host animal population, insect species, host animals and healthy population. [Method] Trapped wild and domestic animals were classified and identified. The host animals were collected for the identification of parasitic chigger mites. Serum samples of host and healthy people were collected for the detection of scrub typhus. The spleens of host animals were collected for the detection of Rickettsia tsutsugamushi. [Result] There were 18 species of rodents belonging to 7 genera, 3 families, and Rattus norvegicus, Rattus norvegicus and Rattus norvegicus were the dominant populations. There were 2 families, 9 genera and 20 species of chigger mites. Chigger mites, like the Pacific chigger mite is the dominant population, low levels of antibodies against tsutsugamushi disease, the general susceptibility. [Conclusion] The areas with the epidemic conditions of scrub typhus in this area are more extensive
