各种水利工程土工建筑物建成交付运行管理以后,有的由于原规划设计不周或施工质量欠佳,而存在各种工程缺陷;有的因管理不善,工程老化而不断产生各种工程隐患,影响工程正常运用和效益、及至危及安全运转.如何应用现代科学仪器设备探测堤坝隐患,以便及时的有针对性的加以处理,从而确保工程安全运用,提高经济效益和社会效益.乃属工程管理部门急需研究解决的新课题.
