目的:检测声门癌中S期激酶相关蛋白2(Skp2)和PTEN蛋白表达,探讨它们的临床意义及相关性。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法检测Skp2、PTEN蛋白在42例声门癌、16例声带不典型增生和27例声带息肉组织中的表达,并进行统计分析。结果:在声带息肉、声带不典型增生和声门癌组织中Skp2蛋白的阳性率分别为11.11%、37.50%、40.48%,各组间均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。PTEN蛋白在各组病变中的阳性率分别为100.00%、75.00%、52.38%,各组间均差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05);Skp2蛋白和PTEN蛋白与声门癌的临床分期、颈部淋巴结转移、预后有关(均P<0.05)。在声门癌组织中Skp2和PTEN蛋白的表达呈负相关关系,相关系数r=-0.4301(P<0.01)。结论:Skp2和PTEN蛋白表达与声门癌的发生、转移和预后等生物学行为有关,Skp2可能是声门癌癌变的早期分子事件。在声门癌中Skp2蛋白高表达与PTEN蛋白的低表达呈负相关。
Objective: To detect the expression of S-phase kinase-related protein 2 (Skp2) and PTEN protein in glottic carcinoma and to explore their clinical significance and relevance. Methods: The expressions of Skp2 and PTEN protein were detected by immunohistochemistry in 42 cases of glottic cancer, 16 cases of vocal cord dysplasia and 27 cases of vocal cord polyps. Statistical analysis was performed. Results: The positive rates of Skp2 protein in vocal cord polyps, vocal cord dysplasia and glottic cancer tissues were 11.11%, 37.50% and 40.48%, respectively. There was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.01). The positive rates of PTEN protein in all groups were 100.00%, 75.00% and 52.38% respectively, there was significant difference between the two groups (all P <0.05); The clinical stage of Skp2 protein, PTEN protein, Cervical lymph node metastasis, prognosis (all P <0.05). There was a negative correlation between Skp2 and PTEN protein expression in glottic cancer with a correlation coefficient r = -0.4301 (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of Skp2 and PTEN is related to the biological behavior of gliomas, such as carcinogenesis, metastasis and prognosis of gliomas. Skp2 may be an early molecular event in carcinogenesis of glottis. In gliomas, the high expression of Skp2 protein was negatively correlated with the low expression of PTEN protein.
