我国高等职业教育的目标是培养生产、建设、管理与社会服务第一线实用型人才,强调以职业能力为本位。现行的高职院校教学质量评价方法比较单一,仍然以笔试成绩作为评价标准。本文对教学质量评价方法进行了研究,提出“任务驱动式”评价方法,并设计评价示例,旨在改善高职院校教学质量评价模式,拓宽评价内容及方式,注重对学生职业能力的评价,最终实现高职教育人才培养目标。
The goal of higher vocational education in our country is to cultivate the first-line practical talents in production, construction, management and social services, emphasizing the ability of occupation as the standard. The current teaching quality evaluation method of higher vocational colleges is relatively simple, still taking written test scores as the evaluation criteria. This paper studies the teaching quality evaluation method, puts forward “task-driven ” evaluation method, and design evaluation examples to improve the evaluation model of teaching quality in higher vocational colleges, to broaden the content and method of evaluation, pay attention to the students’ professional ability Evaluation, and ultimately achieve the goal of talent training in higher vocational education.
