中职学校的学生培养目标是培养以能力为本位、以就业为导向、具有一定专业技术、技能的实用型人才。所以学校开设的专业技能课程、文化课程对学生的发展都非常重要,其中文化课对学生学好专业知识的作用是毋庸置疑的。但是由于种种原因,中职学校的文化课,特别是数学学科的教育教学的有效性的确存在一定问题。故中职教师应在数学课堂上,大力实施人本主义教学,以学生为本,有效激发学生学习数学的兴趣和动力,提高学生的数学思维能力,发展学生的数学应用意识,这样才能为学生的可持续性发展,打下扎实的基础。

Therefore, the professional skills courses and cultural courses offered by the schools are very important to the students ’development.
