目的探讨鱼胆中毒大鼠血清TNF-α浓度变化对病情程度的评价作用。方法通过预实验确定草鱼胆汁的LD50,制备草鱼胆汁中毒大鼠模型。用ELISA法检测受试者血清TNF-α浓度。取肾脏行病理活检,光镜下观察肾脏损害程度。所得结果进行统计检验,比较不同剂量鱼胆中毒组与正常对照组大鼠血清TNF-α的关系;比较急性肾功能衰组与非急性肾功能衰组血清TNF-α的关系。分析血清TNF-α浓度与鱼胆中毒程度的相关性。结果低剂量鱼胆中毒组大鼠血清TNF-α浓度与正常组比较,差异无统计学意义;随着鱼胆汁剂量的增加,大鼠血清TNF-α浓度显著增高,组间比较差异具有统计学意义;急性肾功能衰组大鼠血清TNF-α浓度高于非急性肾功能衰组(P<0.05)。结论 TNF-α水平变化可以客观准确评价鱼胆中毒程度,可作为一项临床诊断鱼胆中毒程度的实验室指标。
Objective To investigate the role of serum TNF-α in evaluating the severity of illness in fish gall bladder poisoning rats. Methods The LD50 of grass carp bile was determined through preliminary experiments to prepare the rat model of grass carp bile poisoning. The concentration of serum TNF-α in the test subjects was measured by ELISA. Take pathological biopsy of kidney, observe the degree of renal damage under light microscope. The results of statistical tests to compare the different doses of fish gallbladder poisoning group and the normal control group serum TNF-α; compare acute renal failure group and non-acute renal failure group serum TNF-α. Analysis of serum TNF-α concentration and the degree of fish poisoning correlation. Results The concentration of TNF-α in serum of low-dose fish poisoning group was not significantly different from that of normal group. With the increase of fish bile, the level of TNF-α in serum was significantly increased, the difference between groups was statistically significant Significance; Serum TNF-α concentration in acute renal failure group was higher than that in non-acute renal failure group (P <0.05). Conclusion The change of TNF-α level can objectively and accurately evaluate the degree of fish poisoning and can be used as a laboratory index for clinical diagnosis of fish gall poisoning.
