为了刻画跑道安全事件的危害程度,将不安全事件的危害划分为显性危害和潜在危害,针对跑道安全事件测算了各种情况下的危害概率,并确定了危害的算法。实践证明,它可以为评判不安全事件提供一个定量的指数,比此前的评价方法更加客观。
In order to characterize the hazard degree of runway safety events, the hazards of unsafe events are divided into dominant hazards and potential hazards. The probability of hazards under various conditions is calculated for runway safety events and the algorithm of hazard is determined. Practice has proved that it can provide a quantitative index for judging unsafe events and is more objective than the previous evaluation methods.
