随着城市化建设的加快发展,高层建筑已经发展成为一种主要的建筑形式,甚至兴起了高层及超高层建筑。由于建筑结构的内部形式及使用功能更加多样化,高层建筑的建设也愈发复杂,例如竖向连续性,这就使结构转换层广泛的应用于高层建筑中。转换层是承接高层建筑上部区域的一种重要方法,尺寸也越来越大,对其施工技术也要求更加严格。本文对转换层的结构和施工特点进行分析,并结合工程实例具体阐述了高层建筑混凝土结构转换层的施工技术,相关研究和实际工程提供了参考。
With the accelerated development of urbanization, high-rise buildings have developed into a major architectural form, and even the rise of high-rise and super-tall buildings. Due to the more diversified internal forms and functional uses of the building structure, the construction of high-rise buildings is more complicated, such as vertical continuity, which makes the structure conversion layer widely used in high-rise buildings. Conversion layer is to undertake the upper part of the high-rise building is an important method, the size is also growing, its construction technology is also more stringent requirements. In this paper, the structure and construction characteristics of conversion layer are analyzed, and combined with engineering examples, the construction technology, related research and practical engineering of conversion layer of high-rise building concrete structure are expounded.
