乳腺癌的病死率在欧美国家居女性恶性肿瘤的首位,在我国发病率也迅速攀升,乳腺癌的早期诊断,良、恶性病变的鉴别以及乳腺癌治疗方案的合理选择是乳腺肿瘤诊断和治疗的关键。X线摄影、超声、磁共振成像是诊断乳腺疾病常用的手段,但由于诊断特异性不敏感不能完全满足临床需要。磁共振质子波谱分析(proton magnetic resonance spectrosco-py,1H-MRS)作为最常用的监测活体组织内化学物质的无创性检查手段,可作为改进乳腺良、恶性肿瘤诊断的特异性的辅助手段。该文就1H-MRS在乳腺肿瘤代谢的应用予以综述。
