In the Sino-Japanese cultural exchanges since the founding of New China, Japanese overseas Chinese played an important role. Among them, the famous overseas Chinese in Kobe, Chen Deren is a typical one. Chen Deren made important contributions to Sino-Japanese cultural exchanges and promoted Sino-Japanese friendship. This article will examine Chen Deren’s contribution to the cultural exchanges between China and Japan.
