鼻内窥镜技术是上世纪80年代引进我国,近年来兴起的鼻科新技术,由于国内对鼻内窥镜技术的发展认识不足,故发展较慢,直至90年代才逐渐被国内同行接受。鼻内窥镜手术属于微创,部位精确,损伤小、痛苦小、恢复快[1]。自2004年以来笔者采用鼻内窥镜下行“鼻中隔偏曲矫正术”治疗鼻中隔偏曲,跟踪观察65例患者,取得良好疗效。现报告如下:
Nasal endoscopy technology was introduced in our country in the 1980s, and nascent new technologies emerged in recent years. Due to the lack of understanding of the development of nasal endoscopy in our country, the development of nasal endoscopy was slow until it was gradually accepted by domestic counterparts until 1990s. Nasal endoscopic surgery is minimally invasive, precise location, small damage, little pain, rapid recovery [1]. Since 2004, I use nasal endoscopic descending “nasal septum deviation correction ” treatment of nasal septum deviation, follow-up observation of 65 patients, and achieved good results.
