人才培养模式改革是提高专业建设质量的重要保证。商务英语专业以培养应用型人才为目标,要求学校必须进行应用型本科人才培养模式改革。重庆师范大学涉外商贸学院采用校企合作模式,通过抓好专业方向及课程设置、实习实践、测试与评价三个方面培养具备一定竞争力的应用型商务英语人才,为进一步推进商务英语人才培养模式改革提供了借鉴。
The reform of personnel training mode is an important guarantee to improve the quality of professional construction. Business English major in order to develop practical talents as the goal, requiring schools must apply for undergraduate personnel training mode reform. Chongqing Normal University Institute of Foreign Trade adopts the mode of school-enterprise cooperation to train business-oriented English talents with competitive competence through three aspects: professional orientation and curriculum, internship practice, testing and evaluation.
