目的了解辽宁省媒介按蚊对5种杀虫剂的抗药性,为制定防制策略提供依据。方法采用WHO成蚊滤纸接触法,观察蚊虫死亡率,测定其对5种杀虫剂的敏感性。结果丹东东港市及锦州北镇市媒介按蚊对5种杀虫剂均存在抗药性,最低的死亡率仅为16.7%;丹东、铁岭和锦州市媒介按蚊对4%DDT、0.05%溴氰菊酯和0.05%高效氯氰菊酯也产生了不同程度的抗药性,最高死亡率为97.4%;0.1%残杀威对丹东振安区、铁岭开原市媒介按蚊和0.75%氯菊酯对振安区媒介按蚊杀灭效果较好,死亡率均为100%。结论在辽宁省部分地区媒介按蚊对DDT的抗药性仍然较高,同时对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯也形成不同程度抗药性。因此,应合理使用这些药剂,以延缓抗药性的发展;媒介按蚊对残杀威、氯菊酯相对较敏感,可作为现阶段主要的杀虫剂使用。
Objective To understand the resistance of An. Mosquito to five kinds of insecticides in Liaoning Province and provide the basis for the development of control strategy. Methods WHO adult mosquito filter paper contact method was used to observe the mosquito mortality and determine its sensitivity to 5 kinds of insecticides. Results Anopheles vectors of Dandong Donggang and Beizhen of Jinzhou were resistant to five kinds of insecticides, with the lowest mortality rate being only 16.7%; Dandong, Tieling and Jinzhou An. Mosquitoes were resistant to 4% DDT, 0.05% Chrysanthemum and 0.05% beta-cypermethrin also produced different degrees of resistance, the highest mortality rate was 97.4%; 0.1% propoxur to Zhen’an Zhen’an District, Tieling and 0.75% Kill better, the mortality rate was 100%. Conclusion The resistance of An. An. Mosquito to DDT in some areas of Liaoning Province is still high, and the resistance to beta - cypermethrin and deltamethrin is also different. Therefore, these agents should be used reasonably to delay the development of drug resistance. Anopheles vector is relatively sensitive to propoxur and permethrin and can be used as the main insecticide at this stage.
