目的:探讨益智合剂的益智作用及益智机理。方法:将40日龄SD大鼠分为假手术组、模型组、阳性西药组、中药小剂量组、中剂量组、大剂量组、针刺组、针药组共8组,分别灌胃针刺。结果:模型组与假手术组比较,智力降低(P<0.01~0.001),NO含量降低,海马超微结构损伤;各观察组与模型组比较,智力均有不同程度改善(P<0.05~0.01),NO含量有不同程度提高(P<0.05~0.01),对海马的超微结构有不同的保护作用。结论:益智合剂及针刺百会具有益智作用,其机制可能与提高海马中NO含量及保护海马的超微结构有关。
Objective: To explore the puzzle effect and puzzle mechanism of Yizhi Mixture.
