不论在哪一个学校或哪一个班,后进生都是客观存在的,而且后进生的转化是教学工作中不可缺少的一项重要工作。它不仅可以提高后进生的成绩,而且对学生良好品质的形成,自信心的提高都有不可低估的作用。后进生形成的原因是多种多样的。学生的个性心理发展受诸多方面的影响,不可能每个学生都平衡发展,因而导致部分学生的潜在能力在学习之初不可能得到充分发挥。具体表现在一部分
No matter in which school or which class, backward students are an objective reality, and the transformation of backward students is an indispensable task in teaching. It can not only improve the academic performance, but also can not underestimate the formation of students’ good quality and self-confidence. The causes of postgraduates are varied. The psychological development of students’ personality is affected by many aspects. It is impossible for every student to develop in a balanced manner. As a result, the potential ability of some students can not be fully exerted at the beginning of learning. Specific performance in part
