新课改针对传统英语的应试到以学生发展为根本,以培养学生创新思维能力为目的,学以致用,更好适应社会的需要。课堂教学应该提供一个环境,营造一种氛围,求同存异,鼓励质疑,学生更大程度上在思辨过程中受益,万紫千红总是春。而青年教师满腔热忱的投入时,由于经验和对课改理念的理解有待于加强,有些造成教育改革形似神不似,于是又进入了东施效颦的尴尬境地。为此,笔者进行了以下探索。1、善于学习,提升专业,做一个终身的学习者。
The new curriculum reform for traditional English should try to student development as a fundamental, to cultivate students’ ability to think creatively, learn to apply, to better adapt to the needs of society. Classroom teaching should provide an environment that creates an atmosphere, seeks common ground while putting aside differences, encourages questioning, and learns to a greater extent benefit from speculative processes. However, when the young teachers dedicate their enthusiasm to invest, due to their experience and understanding of the concept of curriculum reform, they have yet to be strengthened. Some of them have made the education reform resemble God, so they have entered the awkward position of applying the policy. To this end, I conducted the following exploration. 1, good at learning, improve professional, be a lifelong learner.
