党中央制定颁布的《党政领导干部选拔任用工作暂行条例》，是我们党在改革开放条件下选拔任用干部工作的一个重要法规。人民银行海口中心支行党委成立以来，认真贯彻执行《条例》，选拔任用了一批优秀干部，保证了辖内金融秩序的平稳运行。当前对《条例》的学习贯彻还有待进一步深入，严格按《条例》规定选拔任用干部。
The promulgation of the Interim Regulations on the Selection and Appointment of Leading Cadres of the Party and Government promulgated by the CPC Central Committee is an important piece of our laws governing the selection and appointment of cadres under the conditions of reform and opening up. Since the establishment of the Party Committee of the PBC Haikou Center Branch, the “Regulations” have been conscientiously implemented and a number of outstanding cadres have been selected and appointed to ensure the smooth operation of the financial order in their respective jurisdictions. The current study and implementation of the “Regulations” still needs to be further deepened. The selection and appointment of cadres should be strictly conducted in accordance with the provisions of the “Regulations.”
