环氧树脂胶粘剂经常在腐蚀环境中使用,因此其耐蚀性能的研究就显得格外重要。配制四种不同的胶粘剂,测试其耐蚀性。腐蚀试验采用机油、NaOH水溶液、NaCl水溶液和HCl水溶液做腐蚀介质,测试腐蚀后的胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度,通过与未腐蚀的胶粘剂的拉伸剪切强度比较,研究在不同介质中,不同组分的加入对胶粘剂耐腐蚀性的影响。推荐了具有较好耐介质腐蚀的环氧树脂纳米胶粘涂层的最佳配方,为其在胶粘剂领域推广应用积累基础数据。
