作为一名中等职业学校的教师,我深知中等职业学校教育的目的是为国家培养具备综合职业能力和全面素质的,直接在生产、服务、技术和管理第一线工作的应用型人才,使之既要有专业知识,更要有实践技能。在培养高素质技能型人才已成为各类职业学校教育主旋律的今天,如何使课堂教学适应高素质技能型人才培养的需要,是摆在每个教师面前的重要课题。通过活化课堂提问这一手段不但可以活跃课堂学习气氛,激发学生学习兴趣,有效地加强素质教育教学手段的功能,而且可以增强学生的应变对策、分析判断、创造思维、表达演讲等能力,促进学生综合能力的提高。
As a secondary vocational school teacher, I am fully aware that the purpose of secondary vocational school education is to train national employers who have the comprehensive professional ability and overall quality and directly work in production, service, technology and management. It requires both professional knowledge and practical skills. How to make classroom teaching adapt to the needs of cultivating high-quality skilled talents is an important subject that every teacher faces in training high-quality skilled talents to become the main melody of various vocational schools. This method not only can activate classroom learning atmosphere, stimulate students’ interest in learning, effectively enhance the quality of teaching methods of quality education, but also enhance students’ ability to respond to changes, analyze and judge, create thinking and express their speeches, and promote students’ Comprehensive ability to improve.
