Nonionic surfactant vesicles as a drug carrier consist of a variable liposome. This article reviews the starting materials and preparation methods of the carrier and the results of in vivo studies using modern drugs. In many cases, drug inclusions in non-ionic surfactant vesicles have significant advantages in their pharmacokinetics and metabolic modalities.
