采用再生剂对不同老化程度的沥青进行再生,研究了再生剂对不同老化程度沥青再生性能的影响,并探讨了再生沥青的化学组成与物理性能之间的关系。结果表明,对于轻度老化沥青和中度老化沥青,当新沥青的用量分别为40%和60%时,掺入10%~15%的再生剂即可使再生沥青的物理性能满足新沥青的规范要求,而重度老化沥青由于其沥青质含量较高,只有当新沥青用量在60%以上、再生剂用量为25%时,其物理性能才能符合新沥青的规范要求。化学组成分析表明再生沥青的沥青质含量和芳香分含量是影响再生沥青性能的关键指标,当再生沥青的沥青质含量和芳香分含量与新沥青的相近时,其物理性能可以得到很好恢复。
The regeneration agent was used to regenerate bitumen with different degrees of aging. The effects of regenerant on bitumen regeneration with different aging degree were studied. The relationship between chemical composition and physical properties of bitumen was also discussed. The results show that the physical properties of recycled bitumen can be satisfied by adding 10% ~ 15% of regenerant when the dosage of new bitumen is 40% and 60% respectively for light aging bitumen and medium bitumen bitumen However, due to its high content of asphaltenes, heavily aged asphalt can meet the specifications of new asphalt only when the amount of new asphalt is above 60% and the amount of regenerant is 25%. Chemical composition analysis showed that the asphaltene content and aromatic content of recycled asphalt are the key indicators affecting the performance of recycled asphalt. When the asphaltene content and aromatic content of recycled asphalt are similar to those of new asphalt, their physical properties can be well recovered.
