目的对5年来围产儿死亡原因探讨,明确围产期保健重点,降低围产儿死亡率。方法对丹东市振兴区2004～2008年围产儿死亡情况进行分析。结果围产儿死亡率为8.70‰。构成围产儿死亡的主要因素是:先天畸形、早产和低出生体质量、原因不明、脐带因素、妊娠合并症、缺氧窒息。围产儿死亡与孕产妇的保健意识、文化程度、身体状况都有相关。结论加大围产期保健力度,提高婚检和孕产期保健意识,提高产前检查质量,提高产前筛查和产前诊断意识,加强新生儿期护理,是降低围产儿死亡率的重要举措。
Objective To investigate the causes of perinatal death in five years, clarify the key points of perinatal care and reduce the perinatal mortality rate. Methods The perinatal deaths in Zhenxing District, Dandong City from 2004 to 2008 were analyzed. Results The perinatal mortality rate was 8.70 ‰. The main factors that cause perinatal death are: congenital malformations, premature birth and low birth weight, unexplained causes, umbilical cord factors, pregnancy complications, hypoxia and asphyxia. Perinatal death and maternal health awareness, education, physical condition are related. Conclusions Increasing perinatal health care, improving premarital and maternal health awareness, improving the quality of prenatal examination, increasing prenatal screening and prenatal diagnosis, and strengthening neonatal care are important measures to reduce perinatal mortality .
