职业生涯规划是促进高职院校毕业生就业的重要方面。价值链理论认为企业的竞争优势来源于为企业创造价值的价值链中的基本活动和辅助活动,企业应对价值链上创造价值的环节进行重点管理,良好的人力资源管理可以极大提升企业的绩效。高职学生依据价值链理论进行职业生涯规划,会使职业生涯规划更清晰、更实用。基于价值链理论的职业生涯规划分为三步:自我分析与自我认知,确定职业目标,进行具体规划。
Career planning is to promote employment of college graduates an important aspect. According to the theory of value chain, the competitive advantage of an enterprise comes from the basic activities and supporting activities in the value chain that create value for the enterprise. Enterprises should focus on the links in the value chain to create value. Good human resources management can greatly improve the performance of enterprises . Higher vocational students according to the value chain theory of career planning, career planning will be clearer and more practical. Career planning based on value chain theory is divided into three steps: self-analysis and self-awareness, to determine career goals, to carry out specific planning.
