有些人喜欢睡觉之前看书,认为这样比较容易入睡。人的睡眠过程,首先是大脑的某一点产生抑制,抑制逐渐加深、扩散,直到波及全部大脑皮质。睡前喜欢看书是一种习惯。一般地说,看一些不使人兴奋、激动,不需思考的书,特别是内容比较枯燥的书,常常有一定的催眠作用,一般有几分钟就能入睡。由于时间较短,这样的睡前看书,对身体健康妨碍不大。
