目的:讨论五加减正气散化裁对溃疡结肠炎(UC)大鼠血中的肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的影响。方法:实验动物分成4组分别为空白组、模型组、西药组和中药组,采用乙酸诱导法造模,观察大鼠结肠黏膜病理变化,用ELISA法检测大鼠血中TNF-α的水平。结果:空白组大鼠血中TNF-α和结肠黏膜无变化、模型组的大鼠血中TNF-α和结肠黏膜变化明显、西药组与中药组大鼠血中TNF-α和结肠黏膜无明显变化。西药组、中药组与空白组间差异无统计学意义;模型组与空白组比较,大鼠血清中TNF-α显著升高,结肠黏膜充血,水肿,糜烂并有溃疡形成。两者之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);模型组与西药组、中药组间大鼠血清中TNF-α显著升高,结肠黏膜充血,水肿,糜烂并有溃疡形成,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:五加减正气散化裁能干预实验性UC大鼠血中的TNF-α的活性,对UC大鼠结肠溃疡面有修复和保护作用。
Objective: To discuss the effect of five plus and minus the normalizing diaspora to the tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) in the blood of rats with ulcerative colitis (UC). Methods: The experimental animals were divided into four groups: blank group, model group, western medicine group and Chinese herb group. The rats were induced by acetic acid and the pathological changes of colonic mucosa were observed. The levels of TNF-α in blood were detected by ELISA. Results: There was no change of TNF-α and colonic mucosa in the blood of rats in the blank group, while TNF-α and colonic mucosa of the rats in the model group showed obvious changes in the blood. There was no significant difference in TNF-α and colonic mucosa between the Western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group Variety. There was no significant difference between western medicine group, traditional Chinese medicine group and blank group. Compared with blank group, the level of TNF-α in the model group was significantly increased, and the colon mucosa was hyperemia, edema, erosion and ulceration. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05); the model group and the western medicine group, the traditional Chinese medicine group serum TNF-α was significantly increased, colonic mucosa congestion, edema, erosion and ulceration, the difference was statistically Significance (P <0.05). Conclusion: The five plus and minus the normal gas dispersing can intervene in the activity of TNF-α in the blood of experimental UC rats, which can repair and protect the colonic ulcer in UC rats.
