采用Ф300mm×750mm烧结杯及Ф1 000mm圆盘造球机模拟精粉及污泥造球烧结过程,通过改变烧结精粉及混合污泥造球的质量分数比例来分别造球,研究了不同造球量和不同成球粒度分布对烧结过程指标的影响。结果表明:烧结精粉及混合污泥造球量从0增加到100%,冷料透气性指数增加了31.5%,利用系数增加了22.3%。随小球粒度分布的变化,粒度在5~10mm时,利用系数、成品率最大,分别为1.81t/(h·m2)、84.34%。综合考虑烧结各项技术指标,精粉及混合污泥100%造球,粒度分布控制在5~10mm范围,造球烧结能够取得较好效果。
The Ф300mm × 750mm sintering cup and Ф1000mm disc pelletizing machine were used to simulate the process of pelletizing of fine powder and sludge. The pelletizing of pellets was carried out by changing the mass fraction of pelletizing and mixing sludge. Influence of Different Quantity and Different Size Distribution of Balls on Index of Sintering Process. The results showed that the balling quantity of sinter flour and mixed sludge increased from 0 to 100%, the index of cold material air permeability increased by 31.5% and utilization coefficient increased by 22.3%. With the variation of the particle size distribution of the pellets, the yield is the largest with the particle size of 5 ~ 10mm, using the coefficient of 1.81t / (h · m2) and 84.34% respectively. Considering various technical indexes of sinter, 100% pelletizing of the flour and mixed sludge is made, and the particle size distribution is controlled in the range of 5 ~ 10mm. The pelletizing can achieve better results.
