为了以无创而简易的方法获取长期从事体育锻炼者的心力储备方面的有关信息 ,我们对 3 0名体育系学生和 3 0名普通系学生进行了心肌收缩能力变化趋势和心率变化趋势的对照研究。方法是按双倍二级梯运动试验登梯次数的标准 ,让受试者完成规定的运动量 ,同时采用心力监护仪采集和记录心动周期和心力信息。把完成规定的全运动量运动后第一心音 (S1 )幅值对安静时S1幅值的增加倍数定义为心肌收缩能力储备指数 (CCRI) ;把不同负荷下运动后S1幅值对安静时S1幅值增加的相应倍数定义为心力变化趋势 (CCCT)。结果显示 ,在 1 / 4运动量下体育系学生的CCCT(1 / 4)为 6 2 2±1 65 ,心率(HR)为 1 3 4±2 1次 /分 ;普通系学生的CCCT(1 / 4)为 4 74±1 83 ,HR为 1 2 8±2 0次 /分 ;在全运动量下 ,体育系学生的CCCT(1 )为 1 1 83± 3 1 1 ,HR为 1 69±1 1次 /分 ;普通系学生的CCCT(1 )为 8 48± 3 47,HR为 1 63± 1 2次 /分。两组受试者的心力指标均有非常显著的差异 ,而心率均无显著差异。提示体育系学生高水平的心力变化趋势主要来自心肌收缩能力储备而不是心率储备。心力监护仪能同时采集和记录心动周期和心力信息 ,并具有无创、敏感性和特异性高、简便、快速、费用低、可重复采用和客观量化等 7个特点 ,能在体育
In order to obtain non-invasive and easy ways to obtain information on the long-term physical activity of the physical memory, we conducted a comparative study of changes in myocardial contractility and heart rate trends among 30 physical education students and 30 normal students .
