以云计算先进技术理念、语言监控理论、专门用途英语理论为指导,采取循序渐进的原则对VOA英语训练资源进行精心的选择、整理、分类和加工转变成多层次的渐进式英语听音训练资源,再以此为基础制作一系列配套资源,通过推荐、展示、发布形成平台基础资源,再通过云平台与大学城相关资源、社会专业网站资源和美国之音广播电台现场直播资源连成一体实现资源共享;力求为习得者提供自主学习、个性化学习、终身学习的开放性网络训练平台,以便满足各层次习得者的需求。
Guided by cloud computing advanced technology concept, language monitoring theory and special purpose English theory, the gradual selection, sorting, classification and processing of VOA English training resources are transformed into multi-level and progressive English listening training resources by adopting the principle of gradual and orderly progress. Based on this, a series of supporting resources will be made to form a platform for basic resources through recommending, displaying and publishing, and then to realize the resources through the cloud platform and the resources related to the University City, the resources of social professional websites and the live broadcast resources of VOA Broadcasting Station Sharing; strive to provide learners with independent learning, personalized learning, lifelong learning open network training platform in order to meet the needs of all levels of learners.
