In order to understand the situation of Comrade Li Lin, a revolutionary martyr, my county wrote a letter to Comrade Nie Rongzhen, Vice Chairman of the Central Military Commission, who was working in France with Li Lin. After receiving the letter, Vice-Chairman Nie first asked the staff to inspect the relevant archival materials and then recalled the presentations on the basis of which only instructed the office to write a reply. The reply from Vice President Nie provided us some accurate and reliable materials and solved the big problems for us. For example, we want to know what year Li Lin went to the Soviet Union
