2001年12月25日,经过各方面的共同努力,浙江省高速公路联网收费系统顺利开通运行,实现了66O公里、12家业主单位组成的高速公路联网收费。浙江省高速公路联网收费系统建设,在力图针对本省的实际,参考兄弟省市经验,采用先进的技术,建立适应的运作管理模式,保障联网收费的实现等方面作了有益的尝试。及早确定建设方针和目标浙江省高速公路建设近年处于一个大发展阶段,随着高速公路量的增加和网的逐步形成,如何解决不在主线上设站收费问题引起了各级领导和专家的重视。在省政府的支持下,浙江省交通厅在 1999年初正式启动全省高速公路联网收费系统建设。
On December 25, 2001, with the concerted efforts of all parties, the toll system of the expressway network in Zhejiang Province was successfully put into operation, achieving toll charges for the expressway network consisting of 66 km and 12 owners. Zhejiang Expressway network charging system construction, trying to address the actual situation in our province, with reference to the experience of other provinces and municipalities, the use of advanced technology, the establishment of adaptive operation and management mode, to ensure the realization of network charging made a useful attempt. Early Determination of Construction Policies and Objectives Zhejiang Expressway Construction has been at a stage of great development in recent years. With the increase in the number of expressways and the gradual formation of the network, how to solve the problem of not setting charges on the main line has drawn great attention from leaders and experts at all levels. With the support of the provincial government, Zhejiang Provincial Communications Department officially started construction of toll collection system in the province’s expressway in early 1999.
