随着市场经济的不断深化,人们对茶叶的需求趋向多样化。发展茶叶经济,除了在茶园管理、茶叶加工、市场营销下功夫外,茶树栽培品种直接关系到茶树生长特性和茶叶品质风味。为适应茶业产业能稳步增加茶农的经济效益,安徽农业大学茶业系在合肥及时捕捉大自然筛选抗寒品种的机遇,笔者和杨维时副教授经过10余年的潜心研究选育出高产、优质、发芽特早、抗寒性极强的茶树新品种“农抗早”。
