艺术类专业教师教学能力是指艺术类专业教师进行艺术教学和组织艺术教学的能力,是艺术类专业教师应具备的基本能力之一。本文从艺术类专业教师教学能力评价体系的构建和体制保障提出几点经验供其他学校参考。
