抗凝血酶Ⅲ(anfithrombin-Ⅲ,AT-Ⅲ)具有重要的生理意义。现已明确AT-Ⅲ是血浆中生理性抑制物中最重要的一种抗凝物质。在病理情况下如创伤、烧伤、感染,DIC、血栓形成、肝肾疾患等,血浆AT-Ⅲ水平可明显下降。我室于1984年5月建立测定AT-Ⅲ活性的方法(凝血酶凝胶空斑法)。测定了100名健康人的AT-Ⅲ活性。动态观察七名烧伤病人血浆AT-Ⅲ活性的变化。并对AT-Ⅲ与烧伤的关系进行初步探讨。方法:以凝血酶凝胶空斑法测定AT-Ⅲ的功能活性。其原理是根据AT-Ⅲ能和凝血酶生成复合物使凝血酶丧失转化纤维蛋白元成纤维蛋白的酶活性。这一
Antithrombin Ⅲ (anfithrombin-Ⅲ, AT-Ⅲ) has important physiological significance. AT-III is now clearly a physiological inhibitor of plasma in the most important kind of anticoagulant. In pathological conditions such as trauma, burns, infection, DIC, thrombosis, liver and kidney disease, plasma AT-Ⅲ levels can be significantly reduced.
