作者对60例(男30、女30)上海地区恒牙(牙合)初期正常(牙合)儿童进行头影测量四边形分析法的研究。经统计显示恒牙(牙合)初期儿童的颌面骨骼与牙的位置之间存在着一定的比例关系。求得其正常值范围,在正畸临床可诊断畸形的位置性质及程度,进行对比分析,为制定合理的治疗计划提供重要依据。
The authors studied the cephalometric analysis of 60 cases (male 30, female 30) of normal occlusion children in Shanghai during the initial period of occlusion. The statistics show that there is a certain proportion between the position of maxillofacial bone and teeth in the initial stage of permanent dentition. Obtained its normal range, in orthodontic clinically diagnosed deformity location nature and degree of comparative analysis, to provide a reasonable basis for the treatment plan.
