从1992年3月至1996年10月,我院对89例95次侧上尿路手术病员使用双J输尿管导管(以下简称双J管)作支架内引流,疗效满意,现报告如下。 资料与方法 一、一般资料 1.对象:本组89例,男58例,女31例,年龄16～73岁,平均46岁。右侧40例,左侧43例,双侧同时置管6例。2.置管原因:用于肾、输尿管结石50例,其中肾鹿角样结石22例,输尿管结石27例,双输尿管结石急性梗阻性肾衰1例,26例为体外冲击波碎石失败的患者。置管用于肾盂输尿管交界部梗阻离断式肾盂成形术23例,用于输尿管
