介绍了根据设备、工艺、信息化条件开发的DHCR一体化管理系统的功能和系统集成技术。系统上线后应用效果表明,该系统可显著降低能耗、提高轧线产量,并可根据生产过程实际情况对生产过程进行动态调度,实现炼铸轧一体化管理。
The function and system integration technology of DHCR integrated management system developed based on equipment, technology and information technology are introduced. The application effect of the system after on-line shows that the system can significantly reduce energy consumption and increase the rolling line output, and can dynamically schedule the production process according to the actual situation of the production process to realize the integrated management of the casting and rolling.
