本文以二氯二氨基二苯甲烷(H_2N—CH_2—NH_h,MOCA)和二乙烯基苯(DVB)为交联剂,合成了聚醚聚氨酯/甲基丙烯酸甲酯的半-IPN和全-IPN。观察了组份比,交联剂用量和半-IPN和全-IPN的结构对力学性能的影响。用溶胀法测定了IPN的δ_p和M_c观察了M_c对IPN一些性能的影响。
In this paper, polyether polyurethane / methyl methacrylate semi-IPN and all-IPN were synthesized by using dichlorodiaminodiphenylmethane (H_2N-CH_2-NH_h, MOCA) and divinylbenzene (DVB) . The effects of component ratio, the amount of crosslinking agent and the structure of semi-IPN and all-IPN on the mechanical properties were observed. The δ_p and M_c of IPN were measured by swelling method to observe the effect of M_c on some properties of IPN.
