脑出血是院前急救中的常见病之一,因其病因多,发病急,病情变化快,致死致残率高,故院前急救医生在第一现场对脑出血患者的及时抢救显得尤为重要。正确的院前急救可以缓解患者入院前的危险性、减少并发症、提高抢救成功率、减少致残率。本人现就近3年我急救中心救治93例中重度脑出血患者的情况作一总结,供大家参考。
