早在1929年召开的古田会议上,毛泽东就创造性的提出了“党员教育、党内生活要政治化、科学化”的著名论断,这是革命先辈们留给我们的一笔弥足珍贵的精神财富。党的十七届四中全会,又明确提出要“提高党的建设科学化水平”的重大命题。党的十八大则进一步提出要“全面提高党的建设科学化水平”的总体任务,要求通过全面提高党的建设科学化水平,从而把我们的党真正建设成为中国特色社会主义事业的坚强领导核心,为我们到2020年全面建成小康社会提供根本保证。全面提高党的建设科学化水平的提出有着历史的必然性。
As early as the Gutian Conference held in 1929, Mao Zedong creatively put forward the famous thesis that “party members’ education and inner-party life should be politicized and scientifically advanced.” This is a tremendous amount that the revolutionary forefathers left us with Spiritual wealth. The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee also explicitly proposed the important proposition of “raising the scientific level of party building”. The 18th CPC National Congress further proposed the overall task of “raising the scientific level of party building in an all-round way” and demanded that we truly build our party into a socialist cause with Chinese characteristics through raising the scientific standard of party building in an all-round way A strong leadership core provides the fundamental guarantee for us to fully build a well-off society by 2020. The necessity of raising the scientific level of party building in an all-round way has its historical inevitability.
