管理学领域关键术语使用不确切,会混淆学科概念,对学科素养的培育产生不利影响。建议首先从学科历史上理解这些术语的来源,培育更高的学科素养。其次可以考虑更广泛地直接使用英文原文作为管理学学科术语,不仅不会引起歧义,同时也不带有褒贬等感情色彩,达到精确地描述或限定学科概念的目的。
Inaccurate use of key terms in the field of management can confuse the concepts of disciplines and adversely affect the cultivation of academic literacy. It is advisable to first understand the origins of these terms from the history of the discipline and to foster higher academic attainments. Second, it can be considered that using the English original text as a management discipline term more broadly will not only cause no ambiguity, but also do not have the emotional color such as compliment, so as to accurately describe or define the concept of the subject.
