在加工多孔工件的过程中,为了保证孔距和孔的精度,孔的加工往往先由钻床钻出底孔,留出精加工余理。然后由镗床等设备加工。有时工件大或形状不规则,会给镗床在装夹和加工带来许多不便。例如模具工件(图1),其孔距(?)1000±0.10和孔径(?)50_(+0.10)~(+0.20)的加工,工艺要求钳工加工底孔后由镗床加工。这样的工件,在镗床装夹、加工都不便。而且上坐标镗或镗铣床加工,都大大增加了成本。为降低成本,我提出在钻床上直接加工孔并保证孔距。效果很好,其方法如下:(1)加工步骤首先制作一个适宜钻床用的刀杆,见图2。切削刀具选用高速钢,切削刃的宽度是走刀量
