研究了γ-辐照作为一种检疫处理法对付柑桔类水果中墨西哥果蝇的三龄期幼虫的效果。此外 ,测定了γ-辐照剂量对柑桔类水果质量的影响。里奥红葡萄柚、马尔斯橙和丹西桔受到 2 5～ 5 0 0 GY的γ-辐照。通过测量未形成会飞成虫的幼虫数目来测定 γ-辐照对墨西哥果蝇的处理效果。
The effect of γ-irradiation as a quarantine treatment on third instar larvae of Mexican fruit flies in citrus fruits was studied. In addition, the effect of γ-irradiation on the quality of citrus fruits was determined. Rio red grapefruit, Marls orange and Dan Xishuang received 25-500 GY γ-irradiation. The effect of γ-irradiation on Mexican fruit flies was determined by measuring the number of larvae that did not form imago.
