Recently, China Securities Regulatory Commission announced that the new delisting method was introduced and will come into force on January 1, 2002. This is an amendment to the Measures for Suspending Listing and Terminating the Listing of Listed Companies that Lost in Listed Companies issued in February 2001. The new delisting method has been amended in the following aspects: - According to the relevant provisions of the Company Law and the Securities Law, the CSRC authorized the stock exchange to make a decision on suspension of listing, resumption of listing and termination of listing according to law.
