针对目前我国森林资源清查存在的调查周期长,数据现势性差;统计总体内难以同步,数据可比性差;主观影响大,数据可靠性低等问题,在开展贵州省森林资源清查及评价工作中引进了3S技术。结果表明:林业用地的综合判读精度为93.5%,易判读地区的判对率达97%,不易判别读地区的判对率也在90%以上。本次森林资源清查共涉及林业用地面积8749639hm2,总投资约200万元,平均0.23元/hm2,外业工作历时1年,同传统的森林资源清查方法相比,取得了显著的经济效益和社会效益。
In view of the fact that there is a long investigation period in the inventory of forest resources in our country, the present situation of the data is poor; the statistics are difficult to be synchronized in the whole population; the comparability of data is poor; the subjective influence is large and the reliability of data is low, so it has been introduced into the inventory and evaluation of forest resources in Guizhou Province 3S technology. The results showed that the accuracy of comprehensive evaluation of forestry land use was 93.5%, the judgment rate of 97% in the region easy to read, and it was not easy to discriminate the judgment rate of 90% or above. The inventory of forest resources involves a total area of 8749639hm2 for forestry, with a total investment of about 2 million yuan, an average of 0.23 yuan / hm2, field work lasted 1 year, compared with the traditional methods of forest inventory, has made significant economic benefits and social benefit.
